How often a phrase is said
A count of words in the Record of Proceedings, sitting by sitting. It is not a measure of how much attention a topic got.
Matching ignores case, takes whole words only and needs the exact phrase. There is no stemming and no synonyms: “bus” does not match “buses”. Separate variants with commas, such as “bus, buses”.
English text of a speech given in Welsh is the Record’s own translation. One language is counted at a time, so no speech counts twice.
